The power is Volt x current = Watts.. 16,5 x 0,0533 = 0,88 watts
This calculation is WRONG. The capacitor would be hot.
This is AC (DC pulse) pulsing on a capacitor.
The power is Volt x current x power factor = Watts. 16,6 x 0,0533 x 0,0 zero = 0 Watts
and the capasitor is cold.
Nearly the same problem with coils – inductance.
