Don Smith Device Project Part 28: Free Energy ( Running on Solar Panel :)

hi all, just wanted to show how this setup can run on a solar panel, its a 15 Volt, 1 amp panel and would provide 15 watts at full sunlight, but it was off and on sun, looks like i was getting 150mA thru the ampmeter. anyway, after all things put together, this could be free energy because of the the solar panel providing the power, not the battery 🙂
