Flashing anomaly with non flashing circuit
Something strange with an Alum battery that is running low. It began to flash again a few minutes after the video was taken. It will be charged in the morning but carries on flashing, at about 1 bright flash per 2 seconds. Makes me wonder about using such a thing in a cap dump system, with a Bedini SSG. Appears to be running with enough milliamps, but not enough voltage, until it builds up to approx 0.5V
