A refinement of my earlier solar usb power supply.
The benefit to this design is the ability to handle different sources for the input, as opposed to being tied to a single source. This allows the user, in times of desperation to use any source available within the 30 volt parameter, for example a 12 volt car battery. Also completely waterproof.
