nanopulser utilisation 9

Tried to measure the cells capacitance, but was unable to because of the voltage present in the cell (300mV).
The tubing outside the cell has 30pF capacitance.
Using a different autotransformer (8 turns) does not help to put the nano-pulse into the cell, a strong ringing like signal remains.
