Electrostatic spinner

Aluminium cone placed between two HV plates running around and spinning. Seemingly, some insects can use natural static electricity (ionosphere-earth capacitor) to get “antigravity”; as soon as they’re airborne they become a “charge” (triboelectricity), and this charge may interact with natural el. field and help to fly (reducing the weight) and get better manoeuvrability by wings. Can it help us one day to be “airborne” too?…
