Copper bowl battery.ASF
This a homemade battery made out of a copper bowl and a piece of magnesium. The electrolyte is plain water and Alum. I show it here powering my “Dynamo”. The cell in this video is a John Bedini design but is only partially correct. The solid copper bowl should be perpared with a heating process first to form a semi conductor surface. The configuration that I show here is a simple galvanic cell that was easy to make and put out good power.
