Semiconductor copper cell.ASF

This shows a homemade battery (cell) powering an LED oscillator. The copper cathode was treated with heat to turn it into a semiconductor. This process enhanced the performance of the simple zinc and copper cell. The electrolyte is distilled water and Alum. This cell design is by John Bedini.
