Pulse Motors: PerPenduPetulum 2: Light Powered, Self Starting

Nearing final form, the PerPenduPetulum runs well on a photovoltaic cell and selfstarts under a desk lamp.

I replaced the 1n4148/1n914 diode with a Schottky 1n5817 and it works at lower voltage now.
