By pure DC is voltage x current = watts.
By AC / (DC pulse) circuits with capacitors and inductors is voltage x current x power factor = watts
By pure DC is the watts always bigger.
Radiant Energy – high peaks from a coil can not be measured with a multimeter, or by mathematical oscilloscope you can expect wrong watts.
