Slider’s dollar store solar panel find
This shows an inexpensive solar garden light that Slider found in a common US dollar store. He posted several videos on it and revealed that the powerful solar panel is a great find for $1.25 US. The battery used in the light is a 1.2v AAA nicad and can easily be replaced for a better Nimh. I actually had one of these but never took it apart and tested it. Thanks to Slider we all know how valuable this find is. I ended up attaching this to one of my low power pulse motors for further testing.
