PhD candidate Maya Cowan discusses UAP Phenomena and its relationship to cultural anthropology, storytelling, belief & consciousness at the SCU AAPC 2024 Conference.
Maya is a PhD candidate in the anthropology department at Binghamton University, withresearch interests including the scientific research into UAP, UAP studies, science and technology studies, cultures of expertise, cultures of scientific research, sustainability in finance, ethnography and much more.
She currently assists Investigate The Unknown on the data team for Project Nanu, a brand-new mobile app set to launch in early spring 2024. With the strapline “Discuss, Discover, and Disclose,” Project Nanu promises to ignite the flame of discovery and empower inquisitive minds to delve into the mysteries of the unknown in a scientific and approachable way.
