inertial propulsion with gyroscope part 9

I think that now there will be some thinking around the WHY of this propulsion, so i can now go forward, and test new system.
One of the main problem with my previous system(Fiala) is that the gyro is srotating 360 degrees. So i need a power supply for the motor and the power supply will of course rotate with the gyro. So there is a limiting endurance factor, unless you go on slip contact and the eventuals problems.
So by thinking a bit i found this possibility of inclining the complete device so it does not rotate but it pendels.

It seems to work well but of course i need further test.
