Geek Air Conditioner

This is pieced together personal AC that uses a simple homemade reed switch pulse motor and a plastic propeller. The simple fan is placed in front of a large heat sink that is cooled down by a frozen cold pack. The air flowing by the cold aluminum is chilled and provides a cooled breeze. The motor draws about 50 mA and can run from 1.5 up to 5.5 volts. The basic idea is not new but the way I did it is unusual. You can find many other videos here on YouTube of similar homemade AC units.
