Super Simple Micro Amp Device

This is a super simple way to make a micro amp non- stop running device that uses a dollar store solar toy and one AAA battery. It draw about 15uA during the day and 40uA in the dark. The battery is added in parallel with the solar panel with a 30k resistor in series.
