Testing Duet 0.8.5 / WIFI Servo Control Firmware V 1.16 updated 11-9-16
This is a test!! So far so good!! More to do. But ITS WORKING!
im using a simple 3.3 to 5V IC, using any logic gate that you can supply the Vcc with 5V and logic High if 3.3V works well… the one I’m using is a HD74HC02P this is a Quad 2-input NOR gate, one input of the gate is low, and the other is the 3.3V Sig from the duet. Then the output is 5V logic due to the VCC supply voltage is 5V, there are Manny other things that can be used for 3.3-5v logic converter, including a simple transistor. like this, http://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/169144/logic-level-conversion-for-servos for me its best to use an IC as thats alot more compact and less components needed to do the job! i had the IC in my collection of stuff… just google it you can find it for sell some where!
