Scoposcopy: Rigol DS1054Z Nth Edge Trigger Demo

Continuing to use the pulse train shown before, I demonstrate the Nth Edge Trigger type on the Rigol scope.

This is similar to the Runt trigger in that it allows the scoposcopist to choose which pulse of a train to trigger the scope. But the Nth trigger is based on actually counting the rising or falling pulse edges, whereas Runt is based on the pulse height (positive or negative amplitude).

The Idle value is chosen to set the time before the edge counting begins, in order to make sure it starts at the beginning of the pulse bunch.
