Printing Nylon / Taulman, The best Bed Surface, No Problems, Cold Or Hot, Phenolic Paper.
By chance i was going through all the things i had in a bin that i thought might work for Nylon / Taulman as a bed surface. I found a small peace of phenolic paper that just happen to do the trick!
If set up properly the nylon sticks extremely well. Even with no heat bed. it still works on a cold bed. Although i prefer it to be heated to around 50C.
I found that 235C works well for my hot-end, it is custom built.
Another name for phenolic paper is garolite le.
