2.5 volts on one battery cell, Allwest power cell

This is some more testing on the new 2 Amp cell

This cell is in a totally dry state after a battery of testing and heating the cell to extreme temps

This was the first test after resting the cell for a day

When this cell was wet, it could not go above 1.5 volts, but when in a dry state, it has climbed to a level of 2.5 volts, not sure why yet
