Evening light from the 4 carbonfiber-alufoil cells

Hi All,
this is the 4 cells in series after around 7 to 8 hours contineous runtime.
The voltage on the LED is still 2.52 Volts and you could still read a book with it.
But I expected more…. but the inner resistnace of these cells is just too high to
power the LED with more light….
SO the next steap will be to build an even bigger single cell and use some more tricks like using additional lampblack powder on the craqbonfiber electrode to enhance the surface area and store more ions and better convert the oxygen gas.
Then I will use also a Joule Thief circuit to light up the LED that will only use pulses and no constant current DC…This will probably again help to get the LED brighter.
