41 BiToroid: Input/Output Testing

still a crude setup, and now im hearing that i should use 10000 ohm for output wires to correctly read high resistance coil, hmmm may have to do this again, but wanting to move ahead and re-make this for improvements, rather than possibly testing a flawed design, anyway…
