Don Smith Device Project Part 25 A: L1 vs L2 step down toroid DEFINITE Increase
Was doing some work with a simple step down with ferite toroid for fun, and hooked 6, 12V 1Watt bulbs in PARALLEL. The result was significantly brighter output on L2 compared to L1. Parallel arrangement on the bulbs gives a much better indication of current, so this is NOT the most precise method to measure, BUT it IS very….interesting 😉
