Exploring John Hutchison’s Lab

www.americanantigravity.com – Part 3 in a multipart interview series with John Hutchison explores the Hutchison Effect and John Hutchison’s lab. This footage, shot by Mike Shafer, shows the cramped confines on the inside of Hutchison’s lab and captures commentary by John Hutchison, Harold Berndt, Tim Ventura, Colby Harper, and Bryan Berndt. Hutchison’s “Lab” is actually a one-bedroom apartment on the second story of a complex in New Westminster that has been completely converted into an ad hoc research center by inventor John Hutchison. Mike Shafer captured footage while navigating the narrow walkways of the lab, passages between equipment small enough that visitors must often turn sideways to squeeze though. Into these confines squeezed a team of 5 people along with John Hutchison himself. Mike captured pieces of an interview being conducted by Tim Ventura at the time, but also commentary & discussion by the others in the group as they explored the lab’s unique interior. This footage is part of a documentary on Hutchison created by American Antigravity in 2005. A group of scientists, engineers, and IT professionals visited John Hutchison in New Westminster to learn more about his research. It was filmed in Hutchison’s lab with a Sony handycam in Nightshot (IR assist) mode, so the colors are muted and it has a green contrast from the IR lighting. In addition to studying John Hutchison’s lab up-close, our team was able to thoroughly review John’s large collection of metal
