My 2 cent crystal cell—maybe.ASF
This is a crystalline type cell (battery) made from two US pennies. I show the dried out cell reacting to sunlight. One of the pennies was sanded down to expose the inner zinc core. A piece of plain white paper was soaked in white glue then coated in Alum to form the barrier between the two pennies. This made a standard zinc/copper cell. The cell was clamped with a clothes pin and allowed to dry for 48 hours. Ibpointless here at Youtube and John Bedini were the two people who inspired this simple homemade cell. I draw no conclusions from this experiment but it was very interesting.
