Evaporizor by Marcello Bartolotta: visible fumes from 2 kW genset

The purpose of this video is to show the vapors and their flammability. Generally-speaking, the primary fuel goes into the primary bubbler and evaporating unit under it; followed by going into another bubbler, after which it goes into a chamber that pre-heats the vapor via the exhaust to power a 2 kW genset. The throttle is manually adjusted by the stop cocks. In this video, Marcello is running the engine on propane. Prior to shooting the video, he was also running it on used vegetable oil. Then he disconnected the cover from the heating chamber, which had tubes running from it to the engine intake along with the propane. So the vapors emitting from the open chamber are left over. Marcello lights them with his lighter. The engine is running to produce heat from the exhaust, which aids in the “evaporization” of the vegetable oil. Marcello said: “This is the generator that ran the house all winter. This is the clear view of vegetable oil being evaporated and turned into a flammable gas.” See our story at pesn.com See also peswiki.com for subsequent updates. Marcello gave me this video to post to our PESNetwork YouTube channel.
