free energy from water air buoyancy gravity perpetual motion machine ?

This is a copy of a video I found from a chinese Youtube user from: www.youtube.com As this was only discussed in Chinese language, I wanted to bring this to attention over here. Does this work ? The yellow bricks force the air into and out of the air bellows bags. So these air bags lift always the left side of the machine inside the water… As the bricks don´t move much and are nearer to the rim, the question is, if the torques from the leverarms of the airbags are bigger than the negative leverarms of the moved bricks ??? Can somebody please calculate this ? Many thanks. Regards, Stefan.
