Multi- Frequency Pulse Driver—AKA the NOISE MAKER.ASF

This my latest quest towards effiiciency in a pulse motor circuit. I am using a modified astable multivibrator oscillator circuit to drive a permanent magnet rotor. Any comments or suggestions are welcome as to how to proceed with this project. I am trying to replicate a pulse driver circuit that I found inside a toy that I bought on ebay. The toy is called the “Lucky Cat”. It operates on ambient room light.
