Stefan Hartmann Newman motor test at TU Berlin 1998

www.overunity.com My old Newman motor test. Testing the performance and setup of the motor. On the scope you can see the input current from the about 620 Volts DC power supply to the commutator of the Newman motor. (Voltage on a shunt) The ground line is in the center. When the commutator breaks the current flow you can see huge spikes also of a few milliseconds of negative current spikes, that flow back to the power supply and recharge it. If you use batteries, these will recharge your batteries. There is also a lot of Radiofrequency noise due to the sparking. Regards, Stefan.
