PWM – Pulse Width Modulation w/ Variable Frequency

I have really been wanting to replicate what Tortuga0303 did in his vid “Energy Propagation.” Also, to those interested in PWM for HHO purposes, I have read the patent of Henry K. Puharich “Method and Apparatus for Splitting Water Molecules”…….www.google.com it seems that he ended up using a sawtooth wave form at about ~3400 htz to vibrate the molecules apart. Stan Meyer probably did the same. Anyway, my hope is that someone tries that because I won’t be able to for a while. Here is the schematic for the Variable Frequency PWM……www.hhocarfuelcell.com
