Lasersaber humidity battery and the Odd Runner.ASF
This is a replication of Lasersaber’s carbon rod and magnesium ribbon battery that uses high air humidity to function. I have the battery drawing up extra moisture through a cotton string that is sitting in a pool of water because the humidity in my house was only 50%. I show the battery powering a simple pulse motor that is connected in series to a Joule Thief. I call this the “Odd Runner” because it will run on very low power.
