TROS – “AC-DC”

The same transistor oscillator (TROS) on flybacks core coils can produce both AC and DC voltage and able to lit some lights (120v 13W cfls and 12V LED floodlight). Wondering if it might be enough to charge, say, 1F SuperCap and feed this 1.5v bttry from it
