Magnet On A Leash—Mart’s great idea.ASF
This is Mart Hale’s great idea for a super simple rotor on a Bedini motor. It is just a Neo ring magnet hung on a plastic coated heavy gauge wire. The diametrically magnetized (N&S on sides) rotor spins up infront of the drive coil with just the wire to support it —and keep it from running away. I am using it on ‘Turner’ in this video and he is configured to run on just a simple reed switch circuit. A little light lubricant (I used 3-in-1 oil) keeps the rotor spinning freely.
