SEC making BIG light on low power

This shows the amount of light coming out of a standard Dr. Stifler SEC circuit using the two new transmitter and receiver towers. It is running on 12 volts and the amp meter reads about 4 mA!!!!. There is perhaps a meter error and more power consumption testing is needed. The unit is lighting 27 leds in series and illuminating two small flourescent bulbs at the same time. The transistor is not getting hot. The two towers are connected at the end of the SEC circuit where the last coil joins the AV plug. The neon is left in the circuit and is glowing bright orange.
