Pulsed Inverted Joule Thief

I took pieces of different circuits and joined them to make a 555 timer “Pulsed Invered Joule Thief”. It uses Slayer007’s 2″ toroid coil, Kubikop’s 555 timer pulsed joule thief circuit, and my inverting of the whole idea. The circuit runs a regular 24″ flourescent tube at full brightness using .75 amps at 8 volts.
