Two Joule Pirates In Parallel (Joule Thieves)

This is two Joule Pirates (Joule Thieves) wired in parallel running off of one AA battery powering a 48″ tube. (40 watts) The funny thing is that the tube is brighter with just one circuit turned on than with my single circuit experiments from before. This is much brighter than the camera shows.
