Steorn, the Dublin, Ireland based free energy company, has announced their latest overunity technology that they have named HephaHeat. The technology produces excess energy in the form of heat, by utilizing a low frequency induction heating effect.

What is HephaHeat Low Frequency Induction Heating?

HephaHeat low frequency induction heating is a patent pending method of using induction systems without the need for additional expensive power supplies.

Systems are uniquely designed to plug directly into mains supplied AC and by utilising the 50 / 60Hz line frequency we replace the large and expensive power supplies normally required for induction heaters.

Principle of operation

The system works by charging a metallic thermal store to a high temperature (500 to 900°C). By using a material such as steel, which has approximately the same volumetric heat capacity as water, substantially more thermal energy may be retained than in a similar tanked volume of water.

When hot water is required, the cold water input is split into two separate branches. One is allowed to flow into the thermal store with the flow rate controlled by a standard valve. When this branch flows through the thermal store it is instantaneously converted to steam which is then mixed (via a steam injector) into the second branch of cold water.

This mix of steam to cold water allows the output water temperature to be controlled.

HephaHeat technology offers the following key advantages:

User selected flow rate up to 15 l/min

User selected water temperature from 38 — 100°C

Delivery volume up to 17:1 — hot water to device size (see graphs)

Fast recovery time — start to draw off water within 20% of recharge time

Ultra small device size (see table)

No limescale build-up due to operational temperature

Install at point of use — units can be installed directly where needed

HephaHeat units connect directly to a standard mains 13 Amp spur

Robust materials ensure Hephaheat technology enjoys long life cycles

Ease of manufacture for low cost volume production

This shows how wickedly lopsided the “Tiny Orbo Replication 4″ is. It’s hard to believe it spun at over 17000 rpm from ~ 10 mW (not including joule heating). If we include joule heating, then it was ~ 180 mW. By my calculations the heat produced by this motor due to bearing and air drag is 2 to 10 *watts* (not mW). Output was ~ 280 mW from one pick up coil. The video also shows a closeup of a wound Metglas MAGAMP core. Notice how there’s a winding gap. This allows the core get get very close to the spinning magnets. See my website globalfreeenergy.info for details.

Input: ~ 180 mW total. 170 mW of that 180 mW is joule heating from electrical wire resistance, thus leaving 10 mW for the motor. Output: ~ 280 mW from one pick up coil. Also, Ive taken a guesstimate that the heat produced by this motor due to bearing and air drag is ~~ 2 watts. For part #’s & build instructions: globalfreeenergy.info The motor mounting is incomplete, so don’t build the mount as shown in the video. Both ends of the metal rod need to be mounted, otherwise there will be axial forces on the bearing. I’ll update the video when it’s all 100% complete. Contact me for details. The rpm was 17100.

This is the “Tiny Orbo Replication” ver.3. Ver.1 was tested at far above 100% efficiency. See globalfreeenergy.info Ver.3 is not complete yet. Only 1 toroid. Needs 16 toroids. Everything is taped down for now. It’s still under construction. Input power is ~ 0.12 watts. Nearly 100% is joule heating (wasted heat), & does not go to powering the motor. Max rpm was 13500, where the motor was still rapidly accelerating, but something went wrong. It began to rapidly decelerate. Decades of experience tells me without any doubt this motor is far beyond 100% efficiency. Congratulations Sean & Steorn! In this video you’ll see the motor run, but first some footage while it was being made. Warning, it’s loud. I have no idea why. The bearing is a good new ceramic bearing. The meter shows frequency, not rpm.Multiply it by 7.5 to get rpm. 1.4KHz = 10500 rpm. This toroid is very special. It’s Metglas MAGAMP, perm=1 million, but the large plastic case was removed. Core was then Epoxied. After the core was wound, the perm changed to nearly an air core caused by pressure, which is a well known effect. This effect seems to greatly amplify the excess energy effect, turning the motor into a monster. Even though the perm nearly = a vacuum, the toroids work great for this design. Sean, you did it brother!!! I am not affiliated with Steorn. Orbo is trademarked by Steorn, steorn.com. You can find daily blogs about my replication progress at http
