This is a simple adaptation of the modified Fuji JT circuit and 2 Lights of America led bulbs. Each bulb has 27 chip leds and this is being run on an AA battery. For more info, go to overunitydotcom. This is a continuation of my work on the MiniFuji circuit and the Light Of America LED lights. Each LOA bulb (designed to operate on 120 volts grid power) has 27 chip LEDs and here I am lighting two of them from one MiniFuji circuit. I am working on a smaller version of this circuit and I will use that in the second light. There is a lot of light from these bulbs on a single AA battery. Joule Thief LED Flashlight (Free Light)

This is a Joule Thief Flashlight. I simply modified a cheap 5 super bright LED flashlight that ran on 3 AA batteries by gutting it and using a simple Joule thief circuit which now runs on 1 AA battery. This circuit uses a 2N3904 transistor, a 1K resistor, 1″ ferrite toroid, and 22 gauge bifilar wire windings. The components cost less than $3.00. This is easy to do and it is a fun project for everyone. This light will run on “dead” batteries. Most devices will stop operating when the 1.5 volt battery gets down to about 1.2 volts or so. This JT circuit will take that dead battery down to about .3 volts. This video was filmed using a “dead” battery. I get them for free from my friends and this way, I get to use all of the energy in the battery before we toss it out. The light will work for many, many hours on a dead battery. This is my earth battery-joule thief-supercaps lighting 200 leds. The video did not turn out so good. It looks foggy to me. It looked much better in real life but, oh well. I am trying to keep these videos short as they seem to take like an hour to upload to Youtube for some reason if I get over 2 minutes. check out my earlier videos for better explanations but this is the same set-up with the EB and 2 2.7 volt 10 F supercaps running to the modified Fuji Joule thief circuit. Earth Battery Lights 100 LEDs

This is my earth battery illuminating 100 leds! I am using 2 supercaps (2.3 volt, 10 Farad each) in parallel with the earth battery to my modified Fuji Joule Thief circuit. This is connected to a string of 100 white leds Christmas lights which light up very well. I want to thank Jeanna over on the Joule Thief topic at Overunityodtcom for reminding me of what I did 2 years ago with a supercap and my first earth battery set-up. I had not remembered this and tried several times to get the Fuji JT circuit to fire but it would not. So, I listened to Jeanna and used the supercaps in parallel with the EB power source. (Earth Battery) I kept this short because I could not wait to process the video and upload it so my friends at Overunitydotcom could see it. In the near future, I will do longevity tests and also see if I can light some fluorescent tubes as well. I am very excited by this. Joule Thief Ultraviolet LED Wilby’s Bird Experiment

This was a very creative answer to the question I asked in my last video. The question was, how to pulse the AA battery to keep the supercaps charged enough to light the ultraviolet leds (with black light painted tubes attached) lit without using any more energy. (Like a 555 timer circuit) Wilbyinebriated over at Overunitydotcom came up with the “drinking Bird” suggestion which is what you see here. So, I am calling this the Wilby’s Bird experiment. I have more tweaking to do on the timing as the dwell is not long enough but this looks like my answer. PS This may or may not extend the run time of the single AA battery, I suspect it will but we will see. Thanks for watching.

Bedini Tests Update
