In this device there are no batteries, just these capacitors. You see, he started it with half charged capacitors and this motor-generator device is accelerating and charging up all the capacitors. Dear fellow humans, considering the amount of information exchange and communication available today, eg internet, it really makes me sad to realize that the Willful blindness of a large proportion of humanity place us in a situation, worse than it was in the Middle Ages. They are prisoners of what they have been taught being unable to think on their own.
