hi there back agin, i was abale to get some reading on my digital meter, and yes my analog meter was barely out of range, i got 100mA draw when the 4 lights connected, 84mA draw when 1 light connected. So a solar panel could easily keep your bank charged for the light you would need during the night while working or reading, with that soothing 3.2 Khz ring going on Anyway, im back to the full size Smith Talk to you all soon!! …

This is a 15 watt 18 inch long tube illuminated by my modified Fuji Joule Thief circuit powered by my earth battery. The light was better than I expected.
