Instead of rotating rotor in Bedini circuit have placed a shimmed magnet in second toroid, main coil of which connected in series with jt power coil (now second toroid oscillating independently). Because of more inductance of coils the output voltage is increased for charge, plus 3 coils on second core generating voltage too. The same effect like with rotor but motionless. …
