Re-EMF charger – charge while discharging OU?

In this video i show you how i discharge a battery with a car light bulb.
Consuming 54 watt. The battery voltage goes down. Then i connect the Re-EMF charger to the grid. I measure the input wattage used by the Re-EMF charger while charging the battery. This is 19.5 watts. At the same time i consume 54 watt trough the light bulb. The Battery still charges.

So while charging with 19.5 watts with the Re-EMF charger, at the same time consuming 54 watts through a resistive load (light bulb) i am still able to charge the battery to a higher voltage. Logically i would have to say 54 – 19.5 = 34.5 Watt still being consumed. Yet the battery voltage is rising, so the battery is charging. Any idea’s?
