APEC 4/17, Part#3 – Franc Milburn – The Catalina UAP Sightings

Franc is the author of “The Pentagon’s UAP Task Force”, and “American Development of UAP Technology: A Fait Accompli?”, which provide a threat analysis of the UAP phenomenon. He is also a member of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU), a think-tank of scientists, former military and law enforcement officials and other professionals who seek evidence-based answers to UAP phenomenon.
Franc Milburn is a former intelligence officer with over 22 years of experience producing threat & risk assessments for clients operating in hostile environments from North Africa to ME, Iraq & LATAM. His experience includes providing strategic & operational assessments of prevailing business environments for extractive industries, as well as a variety of Fortune 500, aerospace & government clients.
Franc is an alumnus of Sandhurst and has a degree in International Relations from London School of Economics. He has previously written for the Middle East Economic Survey, the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point, and the Institute for National Security Studies at Tel Aviv University.
Michael Boyd, Franc Milburn & Todd Desiato are the scheduled presenters in the April 17th, 2021 session of the Alternative Propulsion Engineering Conference (APEC), an online gravity-modification & antigravity engineering event.
