1.5v Rechargeable Electrostatic Motor

This is an electrostatic motor that is being powered by a tiny negative ion generator. The generator is designed to run on 3 to 5 volts but I show it here operating on only 1.5 volts and producing enough high voltage to run the electrostatic motor. The amp draw is about 20mA.
