C/Pb Acid – uncharged – Will it run anything?

Two test battery cells were made last week and left to sit, to look for any immediate degradation. One contained an alkali solution, the other contained acid. The acid filled cell hasn’t wavered at all… so moves forward in this video.

A previous long term C/Pb cell used rainwater as the electrolyte. It ran a Joule Thief type circuit for over 3 years, but could only supply approx 40uA in its uncharged state.
