Pseudo Levitation – Replication

Lidmotor showed a great method to make low friction rotors for pulse type motors.

The circuit used here is a simple reed switch + coil.
A coil is connected directly to one power input and its other input runs via the reed switch. When the reed closes from a magnet passing, the coil emits its magnetic field to push the rotor around.
A diode or LED can sit across the coil, connected opposite to the power input, to stop the reed switch being damaged by any electrical arcing.
