Lorentz drive

1996 experiment by Alexander Frolov, St.-Petersburg. I’d like to remember this old idea to link it with 2019 experiments from Russel Anderson, William Alek and other authors on the topic “antigravity”. They use HV source, disks and magnets to get axial propulsion force. This force is simple Lorentz force due to moving electric charges in magnetic field. In my version of 1996 it was simple piezoelectric CD, here is not HV external source to provice electric charges on the disk. Electric charges are result of centrifugal deformation in process of rotation. So, this method was discolsed for public in 1996 by Frolov.
