Super 2 Stage Oscillator

A balanced double pendulum two stage oscillator.
This is an open source general design concept for a device that conserves energy in the first (input) stage through the use of 2 oppositely rotating masses, to create MASSIVE usable torque in the secondary (output) stage. During each HALF-cycle of the first stage: the secondary stage of the device is expected to be able to exhaust more kinetic energy than the first stage requires for maintaining a constant potential state. This is due to an inverse rule dictating that the greater the resistance that is placed on the output side, then the greater the efficiency of operation for the input side. Additionally, each doubling of the input cycle frequency will quadruple the available kinetic output.
