Our African Market was a HUGE SUCCESS! The students were enthusiastic and well-behaved, they got a chance to be more globally aware and generous to those not as fortunate as they are, and together we raised (drumroll, please) . . . almost
$1,700.00!!
All of the funds earned will go to Askenya.org. As a result, many Masaai children and their school will benefit. If you did not get a chance to come to the market and/or would like to make a donation, we are accepting donations for Askenya until the end of the week. You may send cash or a check made out to: Africa Schools of Kenya. Friday will be our deadline for closing the donations.
