14uA ? – Lidmotor Micro Amp motor

Quite the amazing little circuit from Lidmotor the other day.
Increasing the Base resistance to the PNP transistor and the change to a high gain MPSA18 NPN seems to have worked well.

The solar panel was found to be producing 2.1V at this range from the light.
