Simple Electromagnetic Levitator — by ‘How To Do’

This is my replication of an electromagnetic levitation device by ‘How To Do’ here at YouTube. Slider 2732 did a replication of the device also and it was his video that inspired me to build my own. Full instructions are available through the links below.
The device is simple as far as basic design and component number but I found the actual build to be difficult. It is a tricky thing to get working if you are using different components and things you have on hand. Perhaps more replications by better builders can refine this interesting device.
